For the eyes:
You may want to use the following photo as a reference when embroidering the eyes.
The first step to making the eyes is sewing the whites of the eyes using 2 strands of white embroidery thread.
After you've done this, use one strand of green embroidery thread to embroider the irises over the top of the whites, before finally using a strand of black embroidery thread to embroider the pupil in the centre of the eyes.
For the hair:
To make the hair you will first need to cut a strip if cardboard about 5cm in width. Wind the cream/ white 4ply yarn around the width of this card many times. Cut the yarn down one edge of the card, so that you have a lot of 10cm long strands, and then attach them to the head. This should be done by folding each strand in half and pulling the folded end through a small stitch in the head, before threading the loose end through this small loop you make in order to secure it (if you're unsure what I mean you can watch this video, which will hopefully clarify it).
After you've covered the whole head with hair, take the pet brush and use it to brush the yarn so that its fluffy and sticks out, as shown below. Once this is finished you may want to trim the hair slightly if its too long.

Front panels (make 2):
With black 4ply yarn ch5
To assemble the cloak first sew the shoulder seams on the front and back panels, making sure that you do so in the way demonstrated in the photo below.
You now need to sew the side seam together. before you so this you need to twist the centre seam on the front panels in and around, twisting these sections so that what was now the central edge is now lines up with the edge seams on the back panel. These are the edges that need to be joined together, as shown below.
With black 4ply yarn ch5
Row 1: sc in the 2nd chain st from hook, then sc in each of the next 3 chain sts. ch1, turn (4sc)

Row 24: 2sc in the first st, sc10. ch1, turn (12sc)
Rows 24 - 27: (4 rows) sc in each st. ch1, turn
Row 28: sc in each st

You now need to sew the side seam together. before you so this you need to twist the centre seam on the front panels in and around, twisting these sections so that what was now the central edge is now lines up with the edge seams on the back panel. These are the edges that need to be joined together, as shown below.
Finally you need to sew the lining in place. Do this so that it starts at the outer side of the shoulder seam, and ends up on the inner side of the jacket due to the curve of the front panel, as shown below.
